1. The Parties

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller."
"The buyer" is the consumer who places the order and is hereinafter referred to as the Buyer.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in NOK unless otherwise specified. Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
NANCY YEMA reserves the right to correct prices due to technical or typographical errors.
3. Payment
- Payment can be made using Vipps, Klarna, visa, or invoice.
- We do not store personal payment information.
- For Vipps and Klarna, payment is charged on the day the item is shipped.
- For invoice payments, an invoice will be sent by email on the day the item is shipped and must be paid within 14 days.
4. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are shipped as postal packages and can be collected at your local post office.
You will receive an email upon shipment containing your parcel ID, which allows tracking at www.bring.no
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to consumer purchases.
You may return goods in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original condition.
Please notify us by email if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned undamaged and properly packaged.
A cancellation form will be sent to you by email upon request, or you may download it from our website.
If the conditions for withdrawal are met, the purchase price will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
For returns of large items such as furniture and lamps, a 25% return fee applies.
We recommend sending returns as a Norwegian parcel, as these are trackable and insured.
Packages sent as regular mail are not insured and take longer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
If Klarna was used as payment, the return must be completed within 14 days to avoid Klarna fees.
6. Complaints
If a defect is discovered, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time. Complaints made within 2 months of discovering the defect are always considered timely. The complaint period is:
- 2 years for ordinary goods
- 5 years for goods intended to last significantly longer

Please include documentation of the defect.
6.1 Repair or Replacement
The buyer may choose between repair or replacement unless this results in unreasonable cost or is impossible for the seller.
The seller may attempt to remedy the same defect no more than twice.
6.2 Price Reduction
If repair or replacement is not carried out, the buyer may request an appropriate price reduction corresponding to the defect.
6.3 Cancellation
If the defect is not insignificant and is not corrected or replaced, the buyer may cancel the purchase.
7. Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer Default
If the buyer fails to meet payment or other obligations, the seller may, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 9:
- Withhold the goods
- Demand fulfillment
- Terminate the agreement
- Claim compensation
The seller may also charge late payment interest, collection fees, and fees for uncollected goods.
7.1 Fulfillment
The seller may demand payment of the purchase price. This right lapses if the seller waits an unreasonable time to act.
7.2 Termination
The seller may terminate the agreement in cases of material breach, provided the full purchase price has not already been paid.
7.3 Late Payment Interest and Collection
Late payment interest may be charged in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act.
Unpaid claims may be sent to debt collection after prior notice.
7.4 Fee for Uncollected Goods
A fee may be charged for uncollected goods, limited to actual delivery costs.
No such fee applies to buyers under 18 years of age.
8. Conflict Resolution
Complaints should first be directed to the seller. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The seller reserves the right to update these terms and conditions due to changes in legislation or business practices.
10. Force Majeure
The seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fire, war, riots, transport shortages, or supplier delays. In such cases, liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of defective goods where applicable.
11. Confidentiality
All customer information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
12. Privacy
We comply with Norwegian privacy laws and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Only necessary information—such as name, address, phone number, and purchase details—is used for payment processing and delivery. Customer data is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
